  • I have degrees from The College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, Massachusetts), Cornell University (Ithaca, New York) and Buffalo School of Law (SUNY, Buffalo, NY). I come to the practice of law as a past entrepreneur, Professor, Director of a Regional Bar Association, and General Manager of a Corporation.?My practice philosophy is similar to my philosophy as a former Bed and Breakfast owner. Every client is treated as if he or she were the only client. My practice is based on the belief that my client's needs are of the utmost importance. As a result, a high percentage of our clients are from repeat customers and referrals. Why don't you take a look at some of my recent ratings?

Where can I find Free Paid Online Surveys? I only want free survey panels and that actually pay..

symbolism in Scarlet letter?

The politics of the extreme right are very simple. . Simple to understand. . And, the politicians don't actually have to do much. They leave everything to the market.. It's a minimalist approach.

We met online and I'm a American and he is a Jamaican. If i go over there what do i need to take or call before i get married..

I was adopted, and when I was 23 after having met and known my biological mom for several years, I changed my last name back to her last name. I did it for several reasons.. . 1. The last name I had belonged to a family that pretty much disowned me after my adopted dad died.. . 2. My adopted mom had remarried and she herself had a new last name. I loved my step-dad a lot, but his family was pretty crappy too, so I didn't want his last name.. . 3. My biological mom was single when I was conceived, so if my name had never changed it would've been her last name, so that's what I went with.. . But anyway ... I digress.. . Okay, if the dad has custody rights (visitation or anything) then you probably won't be able to get it done. You won't find a judge that will sympathize with you just because "it would be easier." If the father has any type of relationship with the child, then you're SOL.. . If he has no visitation or relationship with the child, then you can go to court to get his parental rights stripped. He can protest it, I think, but it won't do any good if he doesn't have a relationship with the child. But also, I think there has to be a period of time that this has existed, like two years without a relationship.. . Lastly, when I was a kid and had a different last name than my mom (before she was remarried) it didn't really bother me too much, and wasn't any trouble. Coincidentally, I have a stepson now that has a different name than me, my wife, and our daughter. And we have no problems with that either, regarding school, daycare, etc.. . I would really think about the future right now. It sounds like you want to erase that part of your life, which is understandable. But you might meet someone in the future who wants to adopt your child, and you'd have to go through it all over again.

Thanks.
