I have worked at McDonalds (on front counter) for about a year and a half, and due to the little shifts I get I want to resign. I want to find another job first, so hopefully that will be soon but I'd like to hand in my letter by the end of November. I understand they need at least 2 weeks notice.. . Do I need to fill out any forms? I know some jobs do, Or do I just write a letter and hand it in?.
there is a mortgage on it with a dead person? That's going to have to be paid off
Visit an estate planning attorney and he/she will take care of it for you.
