Having power of attorney revoked?

The Special Power of Attorney given to your mother in 2008 for selling the immovable property in India must be a registered instrument if made out in India or must have been duly notarized by Notary or attested by Indian High Commission/Embassy if given from any foreign country.. You now have to prepare a deed of revocation with regard to the Special Power of Attorney and get it Registered with the Sub-Registrar of the district wherein the original SPA was got registered, or get it notarized by Notary or attested by Indian High Commission/Embassy.. You need to inform your mother about revocation of the SPA given to her by send a legal notice along with the copy of the revocation of SPA instrument.. You need to give legal notice along with the Copy of the revocation of SPA to the Sub-Registrar of the district where the immovable property is located in India for not registering any sale deed that is being signed by your mother with regard to the said property and attaching the SPA that you are hereby revoking by the instrument of revocation.. You can even give a public notice with regard to this revocation of the SPA in one or two local newspapers in India for preventing any transfer of property on the basis of the previous SPA given by you to your mother. The newspaper cutting of this public notice can be also attached with the legal notice given to both your mother as well the Sub-Registrar as mentioned above.

Last Will & Testament question?

it pertains to the type of occupancy and permitted use by the zoning regulation as set forth in the general and specific plan in the planning department.

I signed a rental agreement and paid the 1st month rent today, but now I have second thoughts. Am I able to retract my agreement. I think when someone is buying a car, that someone has 3 days to change their mind. Is this true for rental agreements?. . The reason I want to change my mind is because the landlord is an older man, and I feel uncomfortable with him. The place i s nice without him in the picture. Then at the last minute he says he lives right around the corner. I have been stalked before by older guys before, and this guy gives me the creeps. I would not tell him this, but is there away to get out of this rental agreement?.

The best person to speak to is your immediate line manager. At a time convenient to you both (it may be best to come in on a non-shift day, or ask if you could grab a coffe together when you are on a break) simply explain your reasons for wanting a change in shift patterns, and ask how feasible it will be. You are not asking for a lot, so I don't see why they would mind particularly.. . The risk you run by writing directly to a personel manager is annoying your line manger by going over their head, and making this seem like more of a protracted and official request - rather than a polite and civil conversation between colleagues.
