Is there a first class catering facility better than the Venetian in NJ?
Any business format will do. Address it to the head of the council, or mayor. For example, if you are sending it to the governing body of a city you should address it to:. . Chairman [or Chairwoman] Chris Johnson. [City Name] Council. 123 City Plaza. Hometown, [State] ZIPXX. . Check with the City Clerk's office for the correct address information.. . Start out with a brief [100 word maximum] summary of the problem. For example, "There are too many stray dogs in my neighborhood. They cause a public hazard by menacing people and pets. They also represent a public health danger due to their waste products and fleas.". . Then fill in with a page or two of details. Don't be too wordy. If more detail is needed, add an attachment.. . Summarize what you want to happen [100 words or less].. . Thank them for their attention.. . Sign and provide you contact information.. . Name. Address. . Phone. Electronic address [E-mail, etc.].
Like:. . Where are indentations?. Where about do you write the addresses?. . I don't need to know what to put in the letter, just how it is laid out on a page..
im selling somr property on a contract for deed termsb, but i dont know where to get a copy of the contract ,can someone please help ?.
Here's the situation, my daughter was born in May, I gave her the father's last name because we were going to get married but then he ended up cheating on me, and I have since moved out. I have not yet picked up her birth certificate nor social security card either, I don't know if that makes a difference. I live in California, and the rules are always changing. I don't want to contact any lawyer's. They are shady and I know they will try to get alot of money out of me that I don't have.. Any help is much appreciation.. *QUICK NOTE*I haven't gone to pick up any of her orignal records yet since she was born 3 months ago, so no social or birth certificate. That's why I was wondering when I do finally go there to pick it up can I just fill out the paperwork with my last name instead or is there some sort of court process I need to go through? Oh and legally I don't have full custody, its only a verbal agreement.. I know the father won't care about me changing the last name, but I REALLY don't want to contact him, I mean if I have to to get his written permission so be it but if there is a way to just go about it alone, that would be great..
