    lawyer Nestor, Andrew III Reviews

Here is my situation and I'd appreciate any legal advice (please cite sources or provide some background if your going to be specific). I am a single father, with full custody. My divorce has not been finalized yet (I have to pay the lawyer to file the final paperwork), since you have to be separated for a year or more in North Carolina before a judge will grant a divorce. I will be finalizing it sometime in the next week or two, but just in case anything happens to me I want to ensure my children wont end up with my ex (she's a drug addict, stripper, etc.) and I don't want to take any chances. It's a military civilian contractor job and can be dangerous at times (the job itself would require me to work in South Carolina) while I will be leaving my children with my Mother until they finish this school year. I already have her added to my financial stuff as an account manager, but I would like to grant her full power of attorney for everything. I am most worried about the children though. I have found some templates online for power of attoryney, and even found one specific for children guardianship and healthcare, but I want to be sure that if anything happens to me my mother will get the children, no questions asked. I have 100% full custody, and I get child support (that im currently also taking her to court for since she never paid), and visitation is 100% at my discretion. Is there anyway that she can end up with the kids if I die or get incapacitated? I have until tomorrow to get the proper forms notarized, but do I need to file them with the county records dept or anything? If I give her full blanket power of attorney will that give her power of attorney for all my finances, healthcare, etc. I want to give her EVERYTHING as far as power of attorney goes, is there a form that will grant that and cover the children, or should I be safe and get the children specific one, but does that also cover if I die or something? Do they ever expire? Let's say I die, what would the courts do with the kids? Would power of attorney still be valid even in death? I want to make sure my mom would have full decision making ability for the children until their adults (11, and 10 year respectively). what should I do ? Please help!!!!. Edit: To the poster below who said I should contact my lawyer, she's on vacation on a cruise I already tried contacting her yesterday to pay her to finalize the divorce, her secretary said she wont be hearing from her until she ports on tuesday. .

*Need to make sure you have what happens when they want to get rid of you or you don't want to work for them anymore. It is best to include that both parties give a 2 week notice. . There are really a lot of things to remember when dealing with a nanny contract. I learned the hard way with a contract that was written in a VERY ambiguous way.

(Seriously, I have to make a template for all the SSG (P) that got the list for the Colonel and I am stuck on what to write)..

why do you need to include COURTESY when writing a letter?.

Where to download full site template?

When do you need Power of Attorney?
