I have gone by my middle name for a while, and never use my first name except for legal documents. I was going to just drop my first name and go from Sara Nicki Smith to Nicki Smith Jones (not my real names). Is this harder than just adding my fiances name on the end of my name? You could speak to your local Business Link about your business and ask them if they have any templates for terms and conditions. If you are selling your services on-line, you also have to comply with the Distance Selling regulations. Trading Standards has information on those.. .
