While I never hesitate to advance a matter to trial where necessary, I am committed to the process of negotiation and dispute resolution. My focus is to achieve the most favorable settlement for my client at the least possible expense. I value the trust my clients place in me and offer in exchange my integrity, commitment and the very best of my abilities.….

No, you need to get power of attorney for that. You are married but she is still an adult and resposible for herself, her bills her actions, unless she is somehow mentally unable to answer for herself you may be able to file to respond for her. Like if you call her credit card companies or phone bill you need to be allowed to talk to them on her behalf, either she needs to call them and let them talk to you for that one time and sometimes she needs to send a letter and all, so yeah, no you can't answer for her or file lawsuits on her name, sorry! Congratulations on the wedding! . Good Day. Pearl

It's easy.. You don't have to be flowery or formal about it.. You don't have to say why or threaten a lawyer.. . "Dear (Blank):. . Please cancel my membership with (Company), effective (Date). (And if it's a bank draft or credit card automatic debit)) ... Associated drafts/charges will no longer be accepted by my (bank/credit card).. . Thank you.. . Sincerely,. . (Mom's name)". . She has to call the credit card or bank to stop the automatic payments.. Threatening a lawyer comes later if they don't stop charging her.

What standing does he have to do this. Since he is not on the birth certificate, he can not even prove he is the father. He could take a paternity test and prove he is the dad, then you sue him for child support. Since the kid has your last name and you have custody, why would the court decide the kid has to have his last name? Tell him that he needs to start acting like a father to the kid and not be concerned about passing his last name along.
