I'm in my late 20's and find foundation always seems to travel to form huge creases in the lines from my nose to mouth (I don't have wrinkles here without it!). I have very dry skin prone to eczema and flaking. Even stay put foundations and use of anti-wrinkle pre base doesn't help. Anyone have any ideas?.

Quick scenario I want an answer to.. . Lets say that one person makes a contract. We'll say it's a contract that John Smith makes up so that Jane Doe has to do such and such for 2 days. (Just an example) Now it's obvious that John Smith and Jane Doe need to sign it for it to have any use at all, but would it need to be legalized by a lawyer to be valid to a police officer or in court?.

Hi there recently i filled in a application form for a job and accidently spelt my name wrong....now they are requesting a letter from me as they say it did not match my other documents....can u guys provide me with sample/template letters of how i could go about this and state that it was just an error???please many thanks in advance. Thank u stupidly i made the stupid same error on my passport application and they are saying it does not match my previous passport...what shall i do as its legal thing and i dont want to write anything wrong :{.

my grandma is really sick just got a kidney transplant but now has to pay so many medical bills perscriptions and shes too weak and tired to do all this so my mother helps her but latley they have not been able to manage things because of legal issues but i wondered if my grandma could write a letter for my parents to manage her money properly ???.

They're different things, but someone would have to read the document to make sure the power of attorney didn't include guardianship. I think that usually a power of attorney is for a certain thing or period of time, guardianship is longer I think. With only 3 more months until you become an adult, why does it matter?

The federal Deficit Reduction Act, passed earlier this year by Congress, requires states to verify the citizenship of applicants for Medicaid benefits. Prior to the Act, illegal immigrants were not eligible for Medicaid benefits. Illegal immigrants remain ineligible for Medicaid benefits under the new provisions
