• Melissa Nolan's practice consists of immigration and estate and tax planning.? Melissa's immigration practice focuses primarily on employment-based cases, including the representation of individual employees and employers of all sizes, from small, closely-held companies to large, multinational companies.? She represents companies in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, information technology, hospitality, international sales, and education.? She assists universities, professors, and researchers to file petitions for labor certification and for the waiver of the labor certification requirement.? In addition to the preparation of petitions to allow U.S. companies to hire foreign workers, she also helps employers comply with federal laws regarding employment eligibility issues.? Melissa conducts audits of companies’ I-9 forms and advises clients about their I-9 obligations and workforce enforcement.? ?Melissa’s estate and tax planning practice includes the preparation of estate planning documents such as wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care declarations.? • In late 1993, Don Paule, Alisse Camazine and Tom Blumenthal, decided to set off on a new endeavor in their practice of law. They each came from a different legal discipline: Don focusing on corporate and estate planning work, Alisse concentrating on domestic relations, and Tom principally handling complex civil litigation. There were few mid-size St. Louis Firms that combined these disciplines together, particularly including domestic relations, so that the lawyers could use the experience of each discipline to enhance the service provided by the others. I really feel for you and your daughter even though your father is being an ass. Your father is trying to mentally hurt you because he is in pain himself and wants someone to feel what he feels. But, if your father pursues to mentally be verbal to your daughter, you can obtain a restraining order for verbally assaulting to your daughter. To get a restraining order does not always mean he has to be threatening her but verbal abuse is just as bad.
