Im a band photographer , can i sell photos as posters?

So I have to write a letter to the editor agreeing or disagreeing with random drug testing in schools. . I have chosen to disagree with it.. I think its a bad idea cause it doesn't give teenages any privacy and they wouldn't feel trusted which would make them angry and make them wanna break the rules even more. I think, that the stricter the rules are, such as in school, the more people wanna break them. Eg: Last week, our principle told the whole school that chewing gum is not allowed in school. It has always been this way, but after he had addressed it so seriously, I have been noticing a lot more chewing gum on the ground and students chewing it. . Another reason I disagree is that the parents would not be informed before they tested the teens, so now the parents have no control over their kids. And I think its the parents job to keep their kids away from drugs.. Next issue with this...It would be really expensive. It would cost millions of dollars a year and guess who's gonna pay for it, yeh we are, through school fees and taxas. . Another point, I think that only a very small population of teenages take drugs. Too small to test anyone.. Instead of drug testing, they should maybe force all teenages to do a sport. Something to take their minds off drugs. Give em something to do so they are not bored.. I'm 14. I don't have anything to hide but I still think this is a bad idea. . Its a waste of lesson time too.. Yeh so I want to hear your opinion and more reasons for it been a bad idea..

Long story short,

Make sure you make the model sign a Model Release Form before any shoot - you can download templates off the internet. But do not ever do a shoot without this to protect your self. . Then make it very clear that you are an amateur photographer, not a pro so there are no expectations for perfection. Also talk to the model before the shoot to explain this. Nobody is goingt to give you a bad review UNLESS you misrepresent yourself as a professional then deliver poor quality. if there are no expectations from the beginning then I don't know why they would give a poor review. . Also put it in writing that this is a TFCD shoot and the model wil get a CD with 5 images on it at the end of the shoot. It's your choice if you want the model to be able to pick which 5 images they want or not

SHE HAS SPENT ALMOST ALL OF MY OTHER TWO SIBLINGS AND MY RIGHTFUL SHARES OF THE TRUST FOR MY MOTHERS ESTATE THAT SHE SET-UP FOR HER OWN BENEFIT WITHOUT MY MOTHERS CONSENT AS THE EXECUTOR IN CONTROL OF MY MOTHERS ESTATE ,WHEN SHE TOOK AWAY ALL CONTROL OF MY MOTHER AND HER ESTATE FROM ME, FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS OF HER LIFE BEFORE CANCER GOT THE BEST OF HER AND SHE DID ALL THIS FOR MONEY... I NEED TO GET HER HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT OF THE TRUST THAT SHE HERSELF SET UP WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF MY MOTHER, ALONG WITH SPENDING OF MOST OF THE TRUSTS MONEY, AND FOR HER HAND WRITTEN "ACCOUNTING'S" (FIGURES THAT DO NOT EVEN ADD UP) OF WHERE SHE SAID THE TRUSTS MONEYS WENT, EVEN THOUGH SHE HAS SHOWN US NOT ONE RECEIPT OR THE TRUSTS BANK STATEMENTS OR ANY LEGITIMATE RECEIPTS TO PROVE ANY PART OF HER SPENDINGS AND FOR THE ELDER ABUSE OF A RELATIVE, FOR FINANCIAL GAINS, (BOTH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ABUSE !) BUT IF I NEED AN ATTOURNEY ,I JUST DON'T HAVE ANY FUNDS AT THE PRESENT TIME ! WHAT CAN I DO AND WHO SHOULD I GO TO FOR THIS UNBELIEVABLE INJUSTICE AGAINST OUR OWN MOTHER, AND JUST A HUGE MESS THAT SHE THINKS SHE HAS GOTTEN AWAY WITH , BUT I ...WILL NOT...
