Enforcing mandatory arbitration, even though it is in the signed contract, violates House Resolution 5162 which amends Title 15 USC 1601 of the Consumer Credit Protection Act. Plus the amendments to the Federal Arbitration Act (S. 192), and House Resolution 1054 and 3607 that amend the Truth in Lending Act, makes pre-dispute mandatory arbitration agreements in consumer credit contracts invalid and unenforceable

I want to change my name. I was born in Florida but I read that your old name has to stay on there. I don't want that. Is there any way to completely eliminate my birth name was ever my name? My father is involved in criminal activities and leaving my birth name on my certificate would be pretty useless in general. So is there any way to completely eliminate it? I don't have any important documents in my name like diploma or a passport or a license because I'm 17. I have permission from my mom to change my name. How can I do it? Also I live in South Carolina now so how do I change my name in Florida? What's the cost? Thanks.. Yes, I know I need to go to court. But can I completely erase my birth name entirely from any record?. There are some states who will change the birth certificate entirely. I want to know if I can go to a judge and ask for my name to be changed instead of my old name still being on the birth certificate. And quit saying Go To The Courthouse. I know I have to go to a courthouse!. Will Florida issue a new birth certificate all together? I cannot have my real name floating around. It would do me no good to carry around a deed poll showing off not only my old name but my new one.. I have no documentation other than my real birth certificate related to me. I do have an ID card but that's it. I have no checks. No jobs. No credit. No on record/public schooling for the past 5 years. I'm on no lease. I don't own a car. I don't have a passport. Nothing. So there are no documents I would have to change..

You don't need to establish a formal charity in order to help the hungry. One good way to help is to partner with an existing organization such as a local food bank or hunger relief group. You could form a club and fundraise for that organization without jumping through all the hoops required to form a legal charity yourself.. . If you decide you want to commit to the long process of registering as a charity the first thing you need to do is write a formal mission statement. This is where you say exactly what your organization's purpose is and how you expect to go about it.
