I will be getting married soon and both my fiance and myself want my oldest daughter to have his last name. I m just not sure how I would go about doing that? Unfortunately her biological father hasn't been there since day 1 -- but my fiance has raised her since she was born as his own.... we want to make it official but I heard I need her biological father permission in doing so, is this true? right now she has my last name..... i want us all to have the same last name, anyone have any experience with this???. . I really appreciate any good, solid advice about this ---- IF YOUR NOT INTERESTED IN BEING HELPFUL - TAKE YOUR NEGATIVITY SOME WHERE ELSE ~~~ thanks 2 those who are real!!.
i need a sample business agreement between 2 parties.
I see these examples everywhere online, and others. But I cannot find any "Acts" or regulation that clearly states what can or cannot be done, nor the repercussions should an advisor do this.
Can I get US real estate documents notarized while traveling overseas?
