How many days can a trust attorney avoid contacting the remaining family?

My mother and uncle do not get along due to my uncle not seeing their dad for 30 years and when my grandfather had two months to live he came into his life demanding to be in the will. My grandfather died two weeks ago and my mum had a letter from my uncle demanding to see the will within 7 days or 'he will take legal action'. Can he take legal action if we do not respond within 7 days? My mother is grieving still because it has only been two weeks since the death and she wasnt planning/even thinking about sorting the will out for a few months because she is heartbroken. Also, my mother has been given more in the will than my uncle due to her bigger involvement in their dads life so can my uncle successfully contest the will?

Here's a brief form you can use--. . Date. . Dear (name of person who interviewed you),. . Thank you for reviewing with me my qualifications. for the job of (job title).. . I enjoyed meeting you and learning more about. (name of the business/company).. . Thank you again for your attention to my application. for the job.. . Sincerely,. . (sign the letter here). Your name (typed)

It's quite easy. Just write it in letter form ~ it only needs to be a few sentences. The signatures are what's important to them. That's your 'word' that you do intend to occupy the property.

Your best bet is to convince the father. If both parents agree to it, a judge will not deny it. If he shows up to the hearing, you're probably going to be SOL.. . Best of luck.
