What am I supposed to put on my resume if I've never had a job? Who could I use as references?.

Simply put, I want to permanently save an order form I've written and then be able to fill in the blanks each time I use it. Help!. I received an answer about saving it as a template. I did that, but when I go to use the form, it is not permanently "set". I mean when I type in the blanks, everything still moves around. Now what?.

I'm planning to start a local bra business. What would be the best way to go about that? How much money would be good to start with? How do I get the word out? Is there a checklist that I should do to ensure the best process of starting my business?.

I am trying to make a form letter in MS Word. I need the letter to say the same thing each time, but would like to automatically just tab to date, address, Dear so and so and a blank in the letter itself to be filled in, and I want to be able to tab to these designated fields. I can't figure out how to set this up, does anyone know exactly how to do this? I appreciate any help or guidance in this, thank you!.

The whole point of power of attorney is to act just as she is acting.. . The reasons are generally that the person envisages that a time will come when they will be unable to act for themselves, which appears to have happened.. . By the sounds of it he picked the right child to act on his behalf.. . Its a shame that brother cant see the bigger picture.. . BUT. . perhaps its that youre concerned that daughter is bowing to the pressure of brother and your point is that she should not be able to give away half of her fathers assets now.. . well, yes, there certainly are rules in how one acts with the power, and if she is not fullfilling her duties with granter of the power of attorney dominant interests not being taken into account she may well be breaching laws (would that be fraud? even if its not benefiting her) if you are concerned that the father is not going to be properly provided for because brother is getting paid out you should certainly raise the issue. . @garytoo. probate is only an issue after death - power of attorney without limitation would allow her to dispose of any assets in the execution of her duties right now. . @jim. the more I think about I would suggest her dispensing of assets is not legal insomuch she is not using the power given to her to service the interests of the person who gave her the power.. the critical point here is the purpose of the power. . @asker. . Im thinking that the extra information you added wouldnt make much difference if your friends dispensing of assets was to become an issue by way of an interested third party making a complaint to the relevant authority. . That she is under duress from the brother and that he is harassing the father could be dealt with and even so such does not abrogate her responsibilities. . difficult situation she is in .... perhaps advice from a lawyer is the best action, perhaps her fathesr lawyer would be the best bet (at least he may have a view as to explicit comments father made before he became unwell)
