Is it possible to change rates charged and paid in different contracts with clients in an online business?

what is a cover letter when applying for a job and where can i get a example of it.

I'm trying to buy and old classic car but I don't know how to get a lost title or the price of one. (I'm trying to get a cheap car and most of them don't have titles.).

Any help from the devil's advocate? . I can see how my constant pleading for them to work with me could be a minus. I am sure they are sick of hearing it, as sick as I am of saying it. So... then what? Do I just hush up and deal with it? or do I put a foot down and say: this is the only time I can and will work for you?.

would you change your name?
