aunt has power of attorney over my grandparents...can my grandparents get the shaft?

As a freelancer, interest often fluctuates and sometime you deal with flaky people. I know a contract is a good way to ensure some kind of payment, but does anyone know where I can find a template of something already written that I could edit?.

Usually most PDF's are not actually in the form of a form. They're just documents that you can look at. If you are able to type in data in places, there is usually a toolbar button that highlights the areas in which your must complete. You can also try clicking on the areas or hovering over the areas that you want to type in. I think the software you are thinking about is just to create and edit old PDF files, not to fill them out. Don't pay for any software to fill out PDF files, unless you really want to. Just print out the forms and write them in yourself.

You will be much better off if you ask teachers at your old school who know you, like you and gave you A grades.

I'm purchasing a house in Fort Worth, Texas. What do I need to do at closing to make sure I'm getting the mineral rights? It's not specified in the contract that the seller plans to retain the mineral rights..

ON my birth certificate my name is spelled wrong. Its just two letters that are incorrect but obviously makes a difference. I found out about this when i went to apply for a job, that the way ive spelled my name my whole life in school is not like in my birth certificate or social. Therefore, i want to go and change it to the way i spell it but i dont know where to go?. any suggestions? I live in Santa Ana CA and i was thinking of maybe going to City hall... what you think.
