question about formatting a letter ?

I do not trust the postal workers to get my form to it's location without peeking into it or disposing of it.. . the address and (free) stamp printing is on the front of the form but if i were to mail it with that text exposed, anyone could just separate the paper's folds with 2 fingers in 2 seconds to see everything written on it.. . what is the standard mailing instructions / recommendations to keep the information private ?. @ david. voter registration forms have an odd size, and they are marked for free mailing..... however envelopes say "place stamp here". . the stamp location on the back of the form says "free if mailed within the United States".

Please, is there agreement of the past participle when using an ?ir

I work for a government funded agency and I have been working on a series of fixed term contracts up to now for the last 2 years. Since my last one has expired, they have told me that I am still required. However, if I were to be told tomorrow this was not the case, would I have much of a leg to stand on? I understand already that I can demand a written contract..
