  • Mr. Berlin is one of the founding partners and a shareholder of Berlin-Patten, PLLC. He practices in the areas of complex commercial and residential real estate transactions and corporate matters related to the structuring of real estate transactions, including, without limitation, developer representation, lender representation, contractor and builder representation, landlord representation, land use and zoning matters, and purchaser and seller representation in connection with residential, commercial, and business transactions.

He is a Member of the Florida Bar (1993), the Middle District of Florida (1993), the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, Sarasota County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Berlin frequently presents to realtors, lenders, developers, buyers, and sellers on topics including short sale transactions, contract negotiation and preparation, 1031 exchanges, realtor liability, lender liability, and other real property related matters.

Mr. Berlin was born in Saginaw, Michigan, and moved to Florida in 1982. He is a graduate of Middlebury College, Middlebury Vermont (1990), where he received his Bachelor's degree in Economics with honors. After graduating from Middlebury College, Mr. Berlin attended law school at the University of Florida, College of Law, in Gainesville Florida (1993).

During law school, Mr. Berlin accepted a position to and joined the law firm of Tew, Zinober, and Barnes, PA, located in the Tampa area, where he practiced primarily in the areas of real property litigation and land use. Mr. Berlin was involved in large tract development. After moving to Sarasota, he eventually joined Kirk Pinkerton, PA, as a shareholder practicing in the firm's real property division. At Kirk Pinkerton, Mr. Berlin handled mostly complex commercial transactions, and served on the firm's shareholder and employee compensation committee. Thereafter, Mr. Berlin left Kirk Pinkerton to establish the legal department and serve as general counsel to Pinnacle Towers, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Mr. Berlin was responsible for all aspects of the company's legal affairs, including overseeing its extensive real estate acquisition program, as well as administering the company's legal department. After leaving Pinnacle Towers, rather than rejoining a large law firm, Mr. Berlin elected to establish his own law firm, Berlin Law Firm, PA, which he quickly grew into one of the largest real estate boutique law firms in the region. In October, 2009, Mr. Berlin was proud to partner with pre-eminent land use attorney Brenda Patten, Esq. to establish Berlin-Patten, PLLC, a firm dedicated to carrying on Mr. Berlin's commitment to personalized and comprehensive real estate legal and settlement services.

If you want to try writing your own business plan there are some good books out there. There is also software called Business Plan Pro.

They are proportional to each other. . _______________________________________________. . Sorry, the rest of this is not the answer to this question, but to your other question about the story.. . You do not allow email, so this was the only way I could give you my answer, since you closed the question. I worked on the answer awhile and by the time I tried to submit it the question was closed.. . ________________________________________________________. . I remember when this idea was posted before, and I am going to try to answer this for you ?at least partly.. . [ However, I hope you will excuse me. I have been a writer a long time and lots of typos, misspellings and grammar errors do irritate me a lot.]. . The main premise is fine? that mathematical equations have the power of magic in the world of your story. That is worth continuing and rewriting it to get the story into a form that is readable to everyone.. . Here is some of the stuff I had to do before I could read your story:. . ?I copied and pasted to Word, and clicked "Change Case". This made it more readable -All I had to do then, was try to identify the beginnings of sentences and put periods and capitalize the first letters of the next one, so I could read it.. . Example:. for his son. His mother IS a simple woman named Salley Greene. . after son, you had space-period --change to period space.. After Salley Greene, you had a comma and no space. Change this to "period -space" to end the sentence.. (Did you mean Sally? or was the extra 'e' intentional?). With: "small store, she pays" change to "small store. She pays". needs a period followed by a space, then capitalize She.. . If you ever want to consider selling your story, you do have to write in a way that a publisher or agent will take the time to read it, instead of tossing it away without reading it... ok?. . Instead of:. She used to work as a waitress and now she sells cookies in small store. She pays its rent from the money she gets from the cookies.. . Why not put:. She used to work as a waitress and now she sells cookies to pay the rent for her small store.. . unfortunately, one day. becomes Unfortunately, one day (note the space added). a mysterious hand.....victor's depression. a mysterious hand? Victor's depression (Only three dots, and a space, then capitalize 'V' in Victor). . increases and he finds out how much he truely love his father. (You either meant loves or loved, but not love singular here.. . the next time they went out she brought with her her math hw pretending not to understand it. . That line could read: . The next time she met him, she brought her math homework along, pretending not to understand it.

For example, the estate planning attorney who drew up the documents for POA, executed those documents with my mother making me the POA. Following the execution of POA, I worked with the attorney under the direction of my mother to draw up quitclaim deeds etc..

See an attorney as soon as possible! You should file a lawsuit against the electric company. They should have fixed your damage long ago.

I'm applying for a partner visa to Australia and 1 of the requirements is that my partner and I need to provide statements about the relationship's history and future plans. Do I have to write it out or can it be typed?.
