    ON MY YAHOO!.

Can't seem to find a solution anywhere.... My project consists of a borderless form with a label. The form AND label are 113x24px. When I run it, the form is being drawn noticeably larger than the label. Specifically, it seems to be too tall, and near the proper width. Adding the border and toggling autoscaling didn't change anything.. . AutoScaleMode = None. AutoSize = False. Everything besides Location and Size are 0,0.. . There shouldn't be a minimum height, as it can be manually shrunk when I add a border.. @Mike. Thanks, that's incredibly helpful.. You know, I could do this in C++ or Java, but VB has everything laid out so perfectly that I threw this whole thing together in ~15min, and I haven't even touched VB since high school. It has all the graphics readily accessible (no importing libraries) and all the handlers a doubleclick away. I know Yahoo Answers can be a cesspool at times, but that's no reason to add to the mess.. @Gardner. The label size isn't the problem, it's the form. I defined the size of the form to be 113x24, but it is drawing it larger than that. I don't want to stretch the label to fill the new space, I want to shrink the form to get rid of that space.. @Ratchetr. Thanks, that was it. Kind of a dumb default, but oh well.. Yeah, I want to learn C# eventually, but for now I'm just trying to deal with my CS classes (data structures, algorithms, etc.). I've temporarily bumped C# down the list to learn after Python and JS. I tried, briefly, to pick it up on my own with XNA, but not knowing the XNA libraries made it near impossible to do anything productive. Some day I'll get to it..
