  • EXPERIENCED CALIFORNIA PERSONAL INJURY LAWYERS

Established in 1959, we are one of the premier personal injury firms in the western United States. For over five decades our personal injury attorneys have successfully represented injured people, and in the process have established new law and used personal injury litigation to compel corporations to produce safer products. As leaders in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, our attorneys have helped shape liability law, while securing millions of dollars in financial compensation for injured clients.

We represent clients of diverse backgrounds who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries, and family members of loved ones lost in accidents throughout Northern California. Our practice is, and always has been, dedicated to representing injured plaintiffs. We do not represent insurance companies or corporations, and we do not represent defendants in personal injury or wrongful death litigation. Our primary goal is getting justice for injured individuals, and securing financial compensation to make them whole.

I'm looking for some nice looking FREE website templates. I have been searching online endlessly and can't find anything good. Links are much appreciated :). . ALSO: if you have links to any websites that have great FREE website add-ons I'll take that too! :D.

Well, you signed a letter...did you sign any sort of non-compete agreement? If so, they generally state you cannot work for a competitor. Can you back out of the offer? Yes, but do it sooner than later - they are counting on you to fill a spot and if you wait until later, you put them in a bad situation. Be kind, Be professional. Anything less may 'mark' you and you might cross paths with someone you dogged by pulling out of the offer. Could there be consequences? Yes but what they are should be spelled out in the acceptance letter.. . That said - is your new path that different form the accepted position? Will the accepted position offer you the ability to dive into other areas of interest? The offer must have been good for you to have accepted it - and you must have like the company somewhat to accept the offer - consider that in your decision as well.. .

Honestly you don't have to get married. In this day and age its unnecessary.. . However you both should have wills and other documents drawn up to make sure there's security for the survivor of you two in case one of you dies. You should also have healthcare directives, living wills and durable powers of attorney drawn up.. . The reason why marriage is necessary for some is to have the kind of decision making powers necessary for kids, property etc.

so to avoid banter, I've just written you a note. You know, writing this, I?m probably making this conversation harder on myself than anything, but I feel that this is the most honest way to bring it up. . Okay so first off, I hate lying to you, and you know that. Anyway, I figured that if I didn't ask you about this/tell you about this that you would be hurt, and this is the best way I can communicate it to you, because I'd be afraid of your reaction, but I don't want to sneak around and have you be hurt when you find out. Best to just rip off the Band-Aid, or so I'm told. So, here it goes: Yes. Dave and I did have sex this weekend. And yes, we used a condom. I know that this is definitely NOT what you want to hear, but I want to be completely open and honest with you, and I can?t be if I can?t tell you or talk to you about that. But don't go around trying to kill Dave now, because it was my choice. Since we started dating, he's made it perfectly clear to me that I be the one making the moves, or asking to do stuff. He has never in any way pushed me, or manipulated me to do anything I didn't want to do
