    Hey,

The sum of the parts. . The heading should give the full address of the writer and the date of the letter. The inside address should be identical to the address that appears on the envelope and should give the name and full address of the person to whom the letter is written. The salutation should be consistent with the tone of the letter. The body of the letter should follow the principles of good writing. The complimentary close should be consistent with the tone of the letter and the salutation. And, your signature should be hand written legibly below the complimentary close. And, always indicate your official capacity.

You'll have to contact each individual company for every bill you have.. . For example, when you pay a monthly bill, note on the statement that your last name is changed to -- .. . By the next monthly statement, the change will have become effective.

Things like standard, words, and expanded form. .

You need to send a written request for validation.. . Send it certified mail, return receipt. Do not sign the letter, only type your name or print your initials.. . Order hard copies of your credit reports, if you haven't lately, from each CRA to see if Allied is reporting. Look over what they are reporting, if they are, for any inaccuracies. Send a written dispute to the CRA's as soon as you receive the signed green card back from Allied.. . Cell phone bills fall under federal for the collecting SOL with a 2 year SOL.. . If you haven't read the FDCPA yet then you might click on my profile and click on the link to the FTC FDCPA that I've provided.. . eta. SOL = Statute of Limitations. . Meaning, once the SOL has passed you are no longer "legally" required to pay (I'm speaking legally not morally).. . If you request validation, in writing, and receive proper validation and find it has passed SOL then you do have the right to inform them the debt is time barred for collections (including filing suit).. . If they file suit before you can inform them of SOL you would need to answer the suit with an Affirmative Defense of SOL.. . You might click on my profile and click on some of the links I've provided. Read the FDCPA and you might also click on the link to the FDCPA Staff Opinion Letter and read the Wollman Letter, along with some of the other letters in that section.. You will be able to learn, through the FDCPA and the Staff Opinion Letters, about validation, violations, etc.. . You might also click on the last link I've listed to a free credit discussion board. Do some reading in the Credit Forum.. You might do a search in that forum for either cell or wireless and you will be able to find the Federal SOL statute I mentioned above.. You will also find free to use sample letter templates for requesting validation and for a SOL letter.

I just want to disolve it so I can do a living will myself instead of using a lawyer..
