Virgina.... I will not be an actual employee of the company, only an independent contractor. If I take the job I will be filling out a W9 form, which will exclude me from paying any taxes on the wages I make.. . My question is, will I have to file for both states (ohio and virgina) ... or just Ohio, since my "employment" is as independent contractor?.
