I would like to see free websites for pre written business & official letters?

Exactly what are responsibilities of a para legal?

With 2 distinctively different answers I wanted to see if I could find the Louisiana code section for you. The reason you had a hard time finding info. is because in Louisiana the documents are not called "powers of attorney" but "mandates" or "procurations". The "agent" as we know is actually called a "mandator". If you go under the Louisiana Civil Code Articles 2985 - 3035 they discuss the duties and limitations. If you have additional questions these were pretty thorough.
