No it is not. I work in healthcare in the NHS and have never heard of it. Do you have a link to back up this claim?. . FACT - the chance of a child under five of dying in the USA is greater than industrialised nations with universal health coverage. FACT - Obama was elected by the American people to bring in change. FACT - Obama wants to stop insurance companies from screwing the American people . FACT - The reforms Obama wants work in the Netherlands and in Switzerland

A release is different than a withdrawal, the CRA's (credit bureaus) won't recognize a release or remove anything because of a release. To have it removed the CRA's have to have the withdrawal.. . You'll have to send the following form to the IRS .. Form 12277: Application for Withdrawal of Filed Form 668(Y), notice of Federal Tax Lien (on that form under number 11 check the box that says .. "The taxpayer or the taxpayer advocate acting on behalf of the taxpayer, believes withdrawal is in the best interest of the taxpayer and the government"), click on the first link in the source box for the form. You might also include a copy of your Certificate of Release, to help speed things up. You'll have to send it to the proper IRS Technical Services Advisory Group Managers address so click on the second link in the source box to find the address for your area.. . The IRS won't automatically send the CRA's or you a copy of the withdrawal (Form 10916) unless you specifically request it. You'll have to write to the IRS and request that they send it to you and to the CRA's AND you'll have to include the mailing addresses for each CRA that you want them to send it to.. . The third link in the source box is a general overview from the IRS about this topic.. . You may also want to keep an eye on your county clerk's records to make sure the county clerk records the withdrawal. The county clerk will probably send you a copy of the lien removal, but it never hurts to keep on top of it with the county clerk.. . If you have any problems, want more info on the subject, want to find a sample letter template to use with the IRS, etc., then you might go to the free site that is listed last in the source box. Salutation. If you are writing a personal letter of reference, include a salutation (Dear Dr. Smith, Dear Mr. Jones, etc.). If you are writing a general letter, say "To Whom it May Concern" or simply don't include a salvation.
