What should I write on my research proposal letter?

it best equates to the US zipcode, or respective 'zip'-type postal codes used in other countries.. . effective introductory sales letters.

Harrassment is of a non-sexual nature. And my ex-spouse is using my children to intimidate me by seeking custody of particularly my older son who is 10 years old. There is already a court order to where he is permitted to call bet. 6pm and 7pm if he so desires to speak to his children. Yet he calls at any time of the day leaving inappropriate voice and text messages as a bullying tactic. I have been advised by my attorney to wait about a month to see if the harrassment continues before filing a police report. But this has been going on since before Aug. 8 up to the present. A most recent incident was just yesterday Sept. 6/07 leaving bullying messages towards me and inappropriate comments regarding my parenting abilities with threats of taking me to court in six months if no signs of improvement regarding my son in school. I am doing everything within my power to provide my children all their needs and my ex-spouse is assuming I neglect them because he only sees them when allowed..

Is there any way to get past the form-letter reply?

Alright, the big created the universe as it is now. But what created IT?.
