would it be possible to claim back misold ppi even though it was used for 6 months whilst I was off work sick ? thanks.. thanks for your answers and I do understand this - but was told on application I had to have it to qualify , now as I understand it this is illegal. ( thus misold ) regardless of any future claim . have either of you two have any factual knowledge of the law or are you just guessing ? I should ring a ppi claims company for an informed answer .. thanks for your answers and I do understand this - but was told on application I had to have it to qualify , now as I understand it this is illegal. I am in the process of trying to refinance my house. i received the house from a family member in the form of a quit claim deed with right of survivorship. a will was previously named naming others to the house, however, to overrule this the lawyer advised the quit claim deed. However, I get a call from the title company stating that one of the person's listed on the will is now coming up when doing a search for the property. She is stating the person is not coming up on the title, just as part of a will assigned to the house. i don't know what to do. is this right. i thought the deed would take care of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm very worried b/c the greed has already seperated the family. I can not even ask the other person for anything. Thanks!!!.

    (1) GA state law will allow the bank to come after you if you have the money to pay. You cannot "just walk away" unless the bank lets you. That is, if you owe $200,000 and the bank sells your house at auction for $150,000, GA law says you still owe the $50,000 difference to the bank.. . (2) So, it is in your best interest to try to sell the house now for as much money as you can get. Get a realtor who works with lots of short sales and get your house listed. See what the real offers are and take those to the bank. Banks bend more when its real money rather than theoretical money. You will also have more leverage to strong arm them back when it gets closer to the time for you to leave.. . My experience in GA -- which is closer to number 5 or 6 on the national lists of disasters, not number 3 BTW -- is that the bank will yield to short sales within 20% of mortgage value when (1) a real offer is on the table and (2) the mortgage is past due. Sometimes (2) isn't necessary...but you can take it one step at a time..

Does anyone have any good movie recommendations? Any rating, any genre other than horror. Thanks..

protein). When you come to a stop codon, that's the end of the translation.. . The first AUG in this sequence is pretty far in.... 5' UAAGGGCCAGUGCAAGGC AUG GCG AAA GCG UAU UAC GG 3'. and there's no stop after it.. Also the sequence begins with a stop codon....

your income is good or bad. The problems with the 203K usually come after closing when you lose complete control over the repairs to your home. . The problem is that you don't have a "back-up" plan. If a lender takes more than 45 days for a loan
