She lived in Egypt.
living another 10+ years for her is VERY likely. You definitely need to work with someone to figure out how she is going to finance her retirement.
Do I have to pay to get this set up? Actually I'm asking this for a single friend with 2 young adult kids he'd want to name as POA. He's had some health problems and I am concerned something will happen and he won't have these documents in place. I've submitted another question regarding POA for Health Care, so it need not be discussed here. Thanks. :).
