Power of attorney form in Spanish?

The main thing is to keep is short. Never more than 1 page.. Write very cleanly and explain. paragraph 1 -. Who you are and what you are applying for. Why you are applying for this job! This is very imporant. Maybe you like the organization or it's goals. Maybe you want to work hard and make lots of money. Maybe you are moving to the area and need steady work for a while. Tell them! They are going to ask you anyway.. paragraph 2 - . State the skills you have that were listed on the job description. I mean, practically write back line for line. If they say: must have 3 years experience washing carpets, then tell them you have it. That's what they are looking for.. paragraph 3 . who you are as a person and why they should hire you.. make sure to include a phone contact info and tell them you have enclosed/attached anything else they're asking for.. . remember that the cover letter fills in the gaps of your resume. If they want a social worker with three years experience, and you've only had two, then write "i realize you want three years experience but I feel that during my two dedicated years of working over 60 hours per week more than prepares me for this position. . Or if they want you to understand 8 different computer programs and you only know 6 of them, tell them you realize you're missing those two but are a quick learner and would be willing to put in your own time to catch up, etc.. . be confident and avoid grand statements like "I know that I am the most eminiently qualified and hard working person you will ever meet, why don't we get together this week?"

I would do a typewritten (but signed) letter- short and sweet, that highlights your friends strengths and include either your email or your phone numbers. Most employers do not need to see an actual "letter" anymore, rather have a contact name and number that they can call. Let your friend know this. I always call and never just utilized the letter alone, so it may be the wrong direction for him. A reference "sheet" is more appropriate. Contact Name, phone number and how you know them (former boss at "x" company etc)

Should I invest in real estate instead of my 401k?

I have this roomate who moved into my home 5 months ago and everything was as a verbal agreement. He paid half the fist month because he move in the middle of the month. Since then he has brought his girlfriend to live here without permission and I talked to him about it and I said she can stay if she pays 200 extra but since he was planning on moving anyways his girlfriend said "I'm staying for the rest of the month" and they didn't want to pay. So now I didn't want so many problems so I said "fine stay but I'm doing you a favor" this was a month ago. Also a month ago we said they had a month to move out. Now they want to stay for an extra week bc he can't move into his condominium till then. Can this serve as an eviction notice even though it was verbal? Can I just serve him a 3 day notice bc today is a new month and he hasn't move out and obviously won't pay the rent . I read I can serve a 3 day notice if a tenant doesn't pay rent. But I don't know if it will be acceptable since we already said he was going to move at the end of the month. Please help me thanks. This is all happening in california.
