business letter to store?

I was trying to reduce space on my hard drive when I may have accidently deleted the Blank Template (Both Landscape and Portrait) on my mac. Unfortunately i emptied the trash as well. Advantage is I have more space on my hard drive but the disadvantage is i cannot type a document up for school. But I havent just lost the blank templates I have lost every template including the Poster and Letter Templates. :( . Please Please help me!.

legal question about whether a letter written for someone is legally fraud?

There was no contract of employment, just an NDA and this was a non-paid 'job'.. . I recently left and I am concerned that they are going to use all my work with no acknowledgement. In terms of copyright and employment law, isn't that work technically my property as I was not legally an employee with them? As the NDA referred to you as an "employee". Thanks..

Why power of attorney at end of lease term?

Minors cannot make binding contracts. So Jane Doe can't be held to the terms of the contract. And I'd run that particular contract by a lawyer first, to see if it's legal in your state for your parents to simply turn you loose while you're still a minor. They will probably be held accountable for anything that you do while you're still under 18, and they'll still be responsible for your health and well-being.. . A contract is generally not considered legally binding unless each party gets something. You get to live without your parents' supervision, but what do they get out of this contract?. . Finally, as a minor, you don't own anything. Not the money you earn, or the things that you buy, or the gifts others have given you, with a very few exceptions.. . You could TRY to get emancipated. However, it would take longer than 3 months, and pleas for emancipation are almost never granted, even if they're legal in your state. Not all states allow this.. . You will find it quicker to just suck it up for 3 months, because by the time you go through all the legal stuff, it would take about that long, and cost you chunk of money.. . You can use this time to look for a job and an apartment, and buying some household goods. Do you have sheets and pillowcases and towels of your own, for example?? Because if your folks have half a dozen other kids, they're going to want to keep the ones you've been using. Do you have a job now? Have you even graduated yet? Your language skills leave something to be desired, you know.. . To sum up, this is not a legal contract, and it could easily be broken. It would also take longer to go through the legal system than to wait for three months.
