estate planning

Don't change your name unless its something that sounds vulgar and you can't live with it. If you are trying to excape from your past or whatever by changing your name, it won't work. You'll forever be you whatever name you may opt to have. Good Luck.

My friend inherited a house from her father's estate. She is also going to be getting income from the estate on a quarterly basis... perhap $30,000 to $60,000 per year for about 10 years. Does my friend have to pay any tax on these proceeds (estate tax or income tax)?. The entire estate is probably no more than $2 to $4 million, and the rest the estate goes to the wife of the decedent. So, 2/3 of the estate went to the wife, and 1/3 goes to the daughter (my friend). The house is worth approx $200,000..

How do I send letters to the actors and the actress of Harry Potter?

Absolutely not, never change who you are for other people's convenience. Never. Your parents were probably proud to give you such a strong name with great heritage. Also, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart...the famous composer...Mozart.... You have a beautiful name that you will came to appreciate with time and wisdom, it commands respect, much better than Billy Joe with his stupid North Face Jacket, trying so hard to just blend in

Obviousle in North Caroline same sex marriage is not legal but I would like to have my partner's last name. Can anyone tell me how to do this or give me a link to find out how? Will I have to go to court?. I really can spell ya'll, lol. Just don't have my glasses on and confused the "e" with the "a".
