I checked the various templates that are available on Excel -

If you will make your own defence, a book called Blackstone's Civil Practice (called 'the red book' - 'the white book', which you are likely to see in court, and 'the green book' have the same content) sets out the process, rules and guidelines. It may be in normal libraries but as it is a legal practitioner's text it is more likely to be in dedicated law libraries.. . Good luck!. . EDIT:. . I think the best thing if you are going to do this yourself is to call Community Legal Advice on 0845 345 4345. They will talk you through the detail of doing this accurately. If your case is small enough, you may be able to do this by filling in forms you can get from the court - so you see there must be a standard layout to this thing if the court service has designed a form you can fill in for small matters.. . JZD's response does set out the basics of how one goes about drafting a defence and counterclaim (an important point is missing though - you may not only 'admit' or 'deny' but also 'require to prove'. This is used where she has made a point which may or may not be true so you could potentially end up having lied to the court if you just ignore this uncertainty and go on to admit or deny the point outright).

the summary will in turn refer to the main idea of the introduction and summarize your key points that you want the reader to remember.

The Social Work Department has implemented a program monitoring system which includes data from a variety of sources. The purpose of this ongoing evaluation is to improve our department?s efforts to meet program objectives and to make programchanges based upon information received. We request your participation in our efforts to understand our students? demographic profile, and to obtain class, field, and exit evaluations. We appreciate your assistance in this effort and strongly believe this approach to program evaluation, while more work for all, will in the long run prove a valuable asset to our department and program. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. THANK YOU for your help.

Hi,. I'm currently developing just a very simple form.. Basically the users should be able to fill in their data and upon clicking submit, an e-mail would be sent.. . I'm currently using Visual Studio 2005, using C#, developing ASP .NET.. . Tried running it. Form shows well, but after filling up, the email won't send. I think I have to configure SMTP or sorts but I don't really know.. . Any clues?.
