    Business ?

It's vital to have a excellent resume, it is worth taking the time to compose something that looks really awesome and does the job well. The website in the box below has plenty of data on resumes and guidance with other professions.

My brother who lives in NY is the titled owner of my car. The car is financed and is with me in Maryland. He gave me power of attorney over the vehicle. The car does have a lien. My question is will the POA allow me to register the car in my name?.

I am employee of an firm at New Delhi, and my employer want to agreement with me, so kindly advice me what is the right of an employee according to Indian law which he get from company so that my employer cant deny in future..

I live in Ohio, and last year while going through a divorce I was forced to let my spouses car get repossessed. The creditor in turned filed a lawsuit to get payment. I was able to settle with the creditor for a reduced amount and avoid going to court or having a judgment issued against me.. Last month I fully satisfied my debt with the creditor, and now I am wondering how to go about having the lawsuit removed from my credit report. Included in the agreement with the creditor, upon payment in full they are to remove all negative information from my report and update the status of my account as "paid in full". That has yet to be done, or maybe it just hasn't been updated on my report. It's my understanding the creditor can't remove the lawsuit information as that is up to the court. So I need to know how to go about getting that off there so I can begin rebuilding my credit. Any tips or help would be appreciated. Thanks!!. Anywhoo, what was agreed upon in regards to removing negative info is the account itself. Which has been reported as 180 days late for 7 months. That was to be updated as paid in full rather than deliquent. I realize the creditor cannot remove the judgement, but it was my understanding it could be removed if no judgment was awarded by the court. Am I mistaken?.
