That is a recommended timeframe - they won't deny you if you show up at the office *late*. The reason for the timeframe - if you get pulled over they can ticket you for not having it updated.. . Texas (where I am) has the same stipulation. I had my name changed at the SS office first, then went to the DMV. No one batted an eye when I strolled in after 6 weeks.. . The changes they are referring to are typically going after updated addresses.. . If your name is updated with the Social Security administration then you should be able to talk to those at the hospital where your child is born. Explain the situation, they should be able to put the name on your SScard on the birth certificate.

If not, can you tell me how i can design one? like whic program i need?. . thanks.

To answer the first part of your question: can debt collectors call you at work? The answer is NO they cannot. To phone you at work after you have told them not to is harassment and you can sue them.. . My advice is to ignore their requests from you for information. DO NOT give them any details if they ring because in a few months the debt will be ' statute barred '. That means it is no longer to take you to court proving you haven't admitted the debt recently. If you have the 6 years starts again from that time.. . Another point to remember is that the debt collector is a third party interloper. You owe them nothing. If they bought your debt from the credit card company then the debt is settled. There is no lawful obligation on your behalf to pay them a penny. In fact you have very good grounds to ask for your money back as they are not entitled to it.. . If they phone refuse to answer their questions. Do not admit the debt. Tell them you ONLY deal with financial matters in writing and hang up. Or you can say' just a moment when they ring up and ask for someone, put the phone down and go on holiday. L eave them listening to the radio. They work on commission and so will lie through their teeth to get your bank details, card numbers etc. Once they have these they will clear your account despite telling you that they will take only so much. If it is too late and you have told them, change the card number, change the bank, take control and stop these thieves stealing from you.. . Read the forum on the site below under debt collectors. It will also give you sample letters to send them under template letters. Read them and use them - they work! There are many people out there just like you struggling to pay their bills and being conned by these lying parasites that you owe them money. YOU DON'T!!!!
