. have you researched and know for sure it will have a negative affect?.

I'm having multiple interviews for permanent job placement pretty soon and won't have a lot of time to mail them out. I was wondering if this was okay or if I should push through and mail them all?.

I want to know if you already have a will with a son or daughter being listed as power of attorney should you become unable to make decisions for yourself, can you prepare another will.. I am asking for someone who is engaged but probably will never actually marry because of age. They are both in their 70's. They have their own wills for their homes with their children being benefactors. They are seeking advice on getting another will to take care of items they have bought together in the 10 years they've been together. The items are like, recliners, table and chairs, bed, washer and dryer, automobile, etc. They are not wanting to bother their current wills if possible. Might be a dumb question but just thought we'd throw it out there. Thanks.

The only question that you and others should be asking yourself is " what is in the best interest of your Grandmother." Apparently' at some point in the past, your Grandmother thought that your Aunt would act in her best interest. Your post suggest that either she did not make a competent decision, her judgement was in question, your Aunt hijacked the process, or the situation has changed so drastically, that you now need to challenge the Power of Attorney.. . Based on the info in your post, You, your Mom, and other siblings are long overdue for challenging the Power of Attorney.
