I had a Verizon and a Sprint account back in the late '90s, both of which I fully paid and closed with zero balance. In years following, two incorrect collection accounts, one each, appeared on my credit report. I made sure the mistakes were corrected and both were taken off my credit report.. . Recently, a debt collection agency has put these two accounts back on my credit report. They list Verizon and Sprint as the original creditors, though the date opened for the accounts is now 2007.

well your numerous sources are wrong, employers do not have to give you anything they dont want to, but they are free tosay waht ever they want about your work habits and reason for termination as long as it is truthful, the is no law in any state that says otherwise

I need help dealing with my lender (B of A), they are telling me my modified payments are 700 higher than my existing payments when I wanted them to lower it, I never signed anything or submitted any paperwork, they have decided to increase my payments significantly on a fixed loan, when I couldn't even afford my regular payments, nothing I tell them makes a difference, they put my house into foreclosure without notice either. had a browse thru the answers and its either no you signed the agreement or ask and you may get a yes. . on the contrary, with the current case on bank charges although people's cases have been put on hold if you are suffering you can go to court and request charges are frozen on the account, although that by no means guarantees it will be or that your case for refunds will be dealt with. it was done once that i know of but not sure how different the process is to simply reclaiming your charges. but the fact is there is a bit more hope than ask nicely and you may get a yes. you can also attempt to reclaim all charges on bank accounts over the last 6 yrs under financial hardship which the banks must individually assess. good examples are being on benefits, rent arrears, utilities arrears, debt management plans, iva if you have these use it to your advantage and score a couple hundred quid in the time of financial pinch as i call it. reclaimed twice before the case & once during the case & succeeded all three times. check out the sites below it pretty easy just requires time to copy & paste sample letters fill out personal details stick it in an envelope post RECORDED delivery & wait for a reply. happy to help if you need.
