• Description of Practice: Mr. Yurk's practice focuses on professional liability, lawyer discipline, and complex civil litigation. Mr. Yurk regularly represents lawyers and other professionals in professional liability and discipline matters. Mr. Yurk is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona's Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct, serves as the Vice-Chair of the Defense Research Institute's Lawyers' Professionalism and Ethics Committee, and has spoken at approximately 45 seminars on professional conduct and ethics.

  Mr. Yurk also maintains an active practice in complex civil litigation representing clients in large-exposure cases involving product liability, commercial, contract, class action, business tort, and environmental claims.

  Mr. Yurk presently serves as a Judge Pro Tem of the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, Maricopa County.

  In his spare time, Mr. Yurk works as a replay official in the National Football League.

If you give us some more information as to what fees the parents are not happy about, we may be able to give some more help. The most important things are that parents know all of the centers policies up front and that the fees are consistent by the day/week (contracted-so they can't say 'well johnny was sick on Monday' they sign up for which days their child will attend and they pay regardless because you were still holding their spot that day), and no changing based on how many diapers the child used, how much the ate, etc. Good luck.
