I look forward to your response in due course.. . d) They can be really hard to write, but you can get some help out their if you search. The only problem for them to be relevant it needs to be specific to you and the job you apply for, I got some examples off the net, listed my skills and experiences then picked thorugh the job description for things that matched up.. . Monster has a good template - see link below. . Good luck!

Where are some good places to find free website templates that are ALSO customizable?!.

Banking fees in Shanghai....?

Estate planning question?

. My name. . Enc: CV.

If your grandfather passed away and your aunt was appointed executrix of the estate, you can get a copy of the will either from her, the attorney assisting her in the estate administration, or from the Office of the Register of Wills of the county where the will was probated.. . There are apparently two legal issues here:. . (1) If she was "taking care of" grandfather as an attorney-in-fact (agent) under a power of attorney, was it proper that she was paying herself for taking care of him? What was his money used for while she was agent?. . (2) Are there any grounds for filing a will contest?. . ----------. . If she was acting under a power of attorney to pay bills, etc., a family member such as yourself may be able to petition the Orphans' Court (Probate or Surrogate's Court) to require her to file an accounting. Please note that the terms of the power of attorney may have given her the right to make "qualified" gifts to anybody, including herself. Also, she may have actually spent hours giving personal care to grandpa. Everything will be brought to light once an accounting is prepared and submitted to the court for audit.. . You will not know whether or not there will be a basis for a will contest without actually reading the will. You will need to get a copy, as I stated above.
