I am really interested in this position but they are looking for someone with expierence. I do have some exp. as a leasing agent but I do not have it listed on my resume. My exp. comes from the several properties that my family owns. These prooperties I have been the leasiung agent/ property manager for these properties for years.. . What is a day of work like for an associate attorney at a law firm who specializes in criminal litigation?.

Most likely you will need to change your name first. You can do this with a simple name change form filed with the court. You will need to tell a judge why you are making the name change. The court doesn't really care, this is just so they can prevent people from changing their names for criminal/fraudulent reasons. You will also likely need to announce the name change in the paper. Once the court enters the decree of name change, you take the court document and get a new social security card and driver's license. After that, when you get married (assuming you are in a state which will legally recognize your marriage), your spouse will just need the marriage certificate to change her social security card and driver's license. Voila! You both have the name you want, legally. If you aren't in a state that recognizes your marriage, you both need to go through the same name change process with the court.. . It does take some time and some legal paperwork shenanigans, but it's not that bad and can be really worth it if it gives you both the name you want.

I'm not trying to sound like a whiner but I am philosophically struggling to come to terms with the fact that the best days of my life are over. Never again will I get to sleep till noon each day and then lazily stroll across a scenic college campus encountering no less than a dozen gorgeous 18 - 22 year old women along the way. Never again will my biggest worries be whether to go John's house party or the bar where the girl I want to hook up with is a waitress. Never again will I get to live in such an insulated, happy, carefree environment.. . I go to work every day and the people there disgust me. I see a guy who is 5'11, 250 lbs and insists on tucking in his polo shirt such that his belly hangs out two feet past his belt. I work with women whose sagging breasts look like ziplock bags filled with water. And I know that this could happen to me one day too if I'm not careful.
