Where can I get free outsourcing contract sample for both English and Chinese?

My sweet and funny pap just turned 90. He also lost his wife 2 weeks ago, while he was ill with bronchitis. I had been caring for both grandparents in their home for the previous 3 months, temporarily relocating myself from my home state.. My pappy is sweet and trusting, and I see my own mom and uncle grubbing and trying to soak him for everything they can. They want to move him to an assisted living community and sell his belongings and home for their own benefit. All in a sneaky manner. . In short, they're vultures. And as a grandchild, I have no say. If I offer an opinion, I'm quickly dressed down. I love my pappy deeply, and want to be the best help to him I can be. . Are there actions I can take, or help him take to prevent this liquidation of his stuff? Or anything I can do to legally ensure he gets the best care available?. For the record, I did want him to move with me into my home---this was rejected by family. . Please help with any advice or stories of experience. . Thank you!.

My mother moved to Greece last month and now I want to do a mortgage on her house. I have a power of attorney form that she needs to sign. If the power of attorney form is signed and notarized in Greece at the US embassy is that good enough to use here in New York? Or does the power of attorney form need to be signed and notarized in the state it is going to be used in?.

Just keep your resignation letter professional. Also, resignation letters, in my opinion, are not the place to voice complaints. It's too late at this point and it can be percieved as "sour grapes" on your part. Suck it up and move on. Ask yourself what you can do better next time to avoid situations like this. If there is an exit interview conducted by Human Resources when you leave, be professional when you articulate the issues you encountered.. . Here's a simple letter:. . Dear (Your Boss' Name Here):. . The objective of this letter is to notify you that I am resigning my position as (Enter Title here), effective July x, 2006.. . I have found my time at Company X valuable and wish you and the company continued success in the future.. . Sincerely,. Your Name. . I used the word "valuable" since you should be able to learn something positive even from terrible situations--like how to handle them better in the future or avoid them.. . Good luck!
