where can I print a copy of form 1099-G?

I know I need to see an attorney to get this put together, but I am looking for information from people who may be the recipients of a trust fund - if the fund generates income, say in the form or interest or proceeds from the sales of assets, does the fund pay taxes on that income, or do the recipients of the payments from the trust fund pay taxes on what they receive?. . Please, only answer if you actually know..

Let me know if you think this belongs in another category. An aging father is worried he will go senile and marry an anna nicole type wh0re. Could he have some sort of irrevocable power of attorney given to his offspring to prevent or nullify such a thing?.

However, in the past every time I make an agreement with my parents they back out and/or change the terms of the agreement. They say that our contracts and agreements don't matter because they are the adults and I am the child. I am a 16 year old junior, and fairly responsible. As soon as I get the English credit made up I will be ahead in credits for my grade level. So I want to make a typed and specific agreement outlining all of these requirements, but I don't know what to go about putting in the agreement.. . So, a little help? How would YOU write this? And do you think it'll work? I really don't want my parents to weasel out of this one too.. . Thanks :).
