Thank you again for contacting us..

What I'm trying to say is that you can make a complaint but it is not 100% certain (despite what the adverts say) that the claim will be succesful.. . YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE A CLAIMS MANAGEMENT COMPANY - essentially all they do is forward all of your forms, letters and paperwork to FOS for you and then charge 25-40% fee on any payment made to you for doing so!? You have no greater chance of success by using one, no matter what they tell you.

    Name Changing (marriage)?

My partners surname was changed by deed poll as a child to his mothers maiden surname when his parents divorced. He wants to now use his birth surname again? Can he just start using his birth surname as he has his birth certificate confirming his birth name or does he have to do something else?. Also our child has my partners mothers maiden surname and we would like to change hers to my pa partners birth surname, can we do this? We live in Scotland, thanks.

I'm a senior in high school and my mom recently attended a seminar about financial aid and they suggesting writing companies within your child's intended course of study asking for donations/scholarships. So, I found about 10 local companies (I plan on majoring in microbiology so they are related to that, specifically pathology), but I was wondering what a good way to start the letter off and all that. I know to mention my major and what I plan to do but I don't know how to go about asking for money and all that?. As well, when I looked up sample templates for soliciting companies for donations it said to tell the company what you can offer them in return (gifts, advertisement, etc) but I don't know what I could "offer" in return.. I'm not sure if it would be a charitable tax write-off and I could "offer" that?. . Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated!. Should I offer to meet with them - like an "interview"?.

what are some reasons to become an attorney? specifically a real estate attorney, but any?
