termination of contract?

Do I need two seperate legal documents? One allowing me to take my grandson to the doctor, emergency, etc. And do I also need something saying that if anything happens to my son, that I would get custody of my grandson. My son has full custody of his son right now, but after a few years of doing really well, has decided to take the same path as my grandsons mother (drugs). I am afraid if anything happens to my son, that my grandson will end up back in his mother hands. Is one document enough or will I need a will of some sort from my son?. His mother never bothered to call or show up for court. So I'm not worried abuot her fighting for him. I'm just worried about him falling in to the system..

I use MS Word 2003, and have Windows XP as my operating system. Over the past week, I've noticed a few square boxes appearing in documents from various clients. They appear on-screen as well as when printed (so it's not my printer failing to recognize non-standard characters). They tend to appear between sentences, so I wondered whether they had something to do with non-breaking spaces, but when I set Word to show formatting marks, this doesn't reveal any spaces, non-breaking or otherwise..

It is with the insurance companies and the death panels that they run.. . The right love to spread lies and half truths about the reforms and the need for them in order to protect the insurance companies who fund them.. . FACT - Insurance companies in the USA admit to pushing up prices, buying politicians and not paying out claims when they should [a]. FACT - PER PERSON the USA spends more on healthcare than any other nation on the planet [b]. FACT - Obama debated his plans before the election for healthcare [c]. FACT - the chance of a child under five of dying in the USA is greater than industrialised nations with universal health coverage [d]. FACT - Obama was elected to bring in change [e]. FACT - Obama wants to stop insurance companies screwing the American people [f] . FACT - The reforms Obama wants work in the Netherlands and in Switzerland [g]. . If anyone can prove the facts above are wrong, e-mail me and let me know.

My fiancee and I are planning to get married in less than a year. My daughters have never seen their fathers, talked to them, and have no desire to ever do. We can not afford the cost for an adoption yet but would like to get their name changed and him down as power of attorney if something ever happened to me until we can afford to do it. How would I need to go about everything in Missouri?. What about if the Father wants to sign away rights of child, but his mother is pushing him to fight this. I have not seen him since he asked me for an abortion when I was 3 months pregnant until a week ago. He came into the store I worked at and talked to me like he knew me for ever but never once asked about his daughter. My oldest daughter is seeing a therapist because this is hurting her and she is depressed. All she wants is answers but does not want to see or talk to him. Her therapist feels its best that she does not have to be forced to see or talk to her bilogical father until she is ready..
