  • The law firm of Colling, Gilbert, Wright and Carter serves clients in Orlando, Florida, and the surrounding communities in many areas of law, including personal injury, securities litigation and veterans' benefits.

Our lawyers focus on a limited number of claims so that they can give each client the attention and consideration they deserve. We want to see your lawsuit come to a successful ending, so it is in our best interests to be in regular contact with you and to keep you informed every step of the way. All of our cases are handled by a team consisting of one or two lawyers, their support staff and experts in the fields relating to a particular case. For instance, in a personal injury suit, we would retain the services of medical experts who understand a client's case.

All of our partners have received an AV Preeminent* rating from the Martindale-Hubbell peer review system and our law firm is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Our law firm has an excellent reputation within our community and has been retained to act as co-counsel on large cases in other states.

At Colling, Gilbert, Wright & Carter we value the client as a person more than as a case. Our law firm prides itself on the relationship we have with our clients as well as the success rate we have whether settling cases or going to trial.

    * AV Preeminent and BV Distinguished are certification marks of Reed Elsevier Properties Inc., used in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards and policies. Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review rating process. Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the bar and the judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell ratings fall into two categories: legal ability and general ethical standards.

Have you opened the template and then saved the template as a template? When you do that, all future documents based on the template are ordinary documents and should print just like all the rest of your documents. When you go to save your work, the file name will have a .doc or .docx extension just like all your other documents.. . The template supplied could be an "online form" with fields and locked text to prevent altering the template. If you save the template as a template then open the themplate from File New and choose the template (it should show up in your templates list) it will most likely perform as it should.

Ah. If I have my parents/guardian will I be able to change it?. Will I need to go in a court? I honestly don't think my embarrassing reason is valid.. Do both parents need to agree?.

Any help would extremely be grateful.. Thanks for all your input I think I have it now. I'm seeing the Landlord tomorrow and I will see if he will sign it to say he's received it, if not I'll send it by recorded mail. Thanks for all your answers its extremely appreciated, all of them were great so I mixed and matched..

Hi,. . I have a question regarding my Grandmother's will and testament. It seems my Uncle is trying to claim all her assets and leave nothing for the other sisters and 1 brother.. . I asked my mom to send me a copy of the will so that I can review it and noticed the will was made out in 2009, but was only certified this month (January 2012) by the police. What I would like to know is, would this be legal or valid if the date of the will is 3 years older than the certified date given by the police?. . Also, will my grandmother's other children be able challenge the will as it seems like my Uncle has drawn up the will himself. The signature on the will and testament does not even seem original or coming from her?. . Any help would be highly appreciated.. . Thanks,. H. Thank you for the answers so far, but is this a matter worth challenging in the court or not?
