Each state has a State Bar Association, contact them and they will give you a few referrals.

Please do NOT worry whether your professors will remember you!. . We write letters of recommendation for former students all the time -- sometimes for students we haven't seen for a decade!. . Here's what to do.. Contact three professors in whose classes you did your best work, including the one who now teaches at another university.. (Just search online for the professor who moved.) Email them with a very polite letter identifying yourself as a former student who took their classes. Name the classes, including the course number, and the year and semester in which you took the course. Provide the grade you received. Remind them of special projects you did, research papers you wrote, etc. Then ask if they feel able to write a letter of recommendation for you, for MSW programs. (Note the wording -- politeness gives them an option to decline, but it is VERY unlikely they will decline.). . Name the MSW programs to which you are applying, and if they are in social work, ask if they would recommend any other programs for you. (Whether you take their advice or not is irrelevant -- it is just polite to ask.) Offer to send them a current resume, and any other information that would help them in composing their letter, if they choose to do so.. . You should hear from them within a couple of weeks. If you do not, write a VERY POLITE follow-up email, or call them. Keep in mind that university spam filters are set on HIGH, so make sure to write "Recommendation letter request" in the subject line of your email.

You need an Atty who can sort out the EXACT status of the property and what can and can not be done by your father.. . Has the estate been probated? Whose name/s is on the deed? How does the will state that the estate is to be divided?

What is the sample space....?
