You don't pay any application fee for model housing - it's all based on availability whether or not your agency has any empty beds at that time. It's not free - you are paying over $300/week to stay there which you either pay upfront or it is taken out of your pay from jobs the agency books you on. . However to work as a model in the US to begin with you first need to be signed to an agency in your home country and have at least 8 examples of your work. No US agency will even talk to you without this if you are from overseas. To sponsor you for an H1B-3 visa (visa to model in the US) you must already have been signed to an agency in your home country for a minimum of 1 year and you need to submit at least 8 examples of your work that have appeared nationally (magazine shoots, catalogues, advertising campaigns, billboards) with your application or it will be rejected

how do i start an investment partnership like the one warren buffett began with?

If they do acknowledge the claim, they then have 14 days to submit a defence (making 28 days in total from the date the claim was served). If they don't then you can again request a "Judgement by Default", and get back your charges, interest and court fees as above.. . If they file a defence, then you and the bank get an "Allocation Questionnaire" to fill in. Some judges dismiss the case at this stage, as the bank can't win, so again you win. If this doesn't happen, a hearing date is allocated. The bank will either back out before the hearing, or won't turn up in court. Again you win the case and get your charges, interest and fees.. . Follow the correct procedures and you will get your charges back! Its important to send all letters to the bank and courts by recorded delivery, so you can prove they were received, and more importantly when they were received (which you can find from the tracking section of the Royal Mail web site).. . Also make sure that you send all letters to the banks head office, and not your local branch. Don't phone the bank either, as this can delay things and you have no proof of whats been said.. . Have a look at my site below which has detailed step by step guides to the whole process of claiming your charges back. It also has template letters you can put your details into and send to the bank, and forums for one to one advice. We also have a guide to filing your claim in court online, which is unique to the site.. . Claiming your charges back is easy, and using the guides on my site you can get 100% of your charges back, plus 8% interest on top if the case goes to court (which it almost certainly will do). Don't be put off by the thought of going to court though, the banks will settle before the hearing, or won't turn up.

I caught my lawyer smoking pot!?

Ok, so my finacee and I dug ourselves in a hole. We had the money and the jobs and bought a condo last October. We got the Obama $8k rebate and everything. But now we are going through some life changes. He wants to quit his job because it is VERY stressful and puts a strain on both of us. He wants to go back to school for a difference career and has been putting it off for years, to give us a good standard of life and help build up our savings before and after the condo purchase.. . Now we are stuck with a $3400/month payment (including HOA, taxes, and whatnot). This is over double of what a rental apartment would cost. We love our condo and being homeowners but now realize it was a huge mistake to buy. Renting an apartment would be much easier for us right now, especially if we will be living on 1 or 1 1/2 incomes coming up soon. We would even be able to save if we moved.. . Selling the condo is just option #1. We could also rent out the place for part of the payment or scrape and figure out how to stay there... somehow. So my question right now is: What are all the fees that come along with selling our condo. We've almost owner it for a year. And we already know we'll have to pay back that $8k. Thanks.. Forgot to mention that I live on the California coast... where home prices are astronomical!! And that my fiancee's mom is a real estate agent, cutting down those fees..

For US Domestic flights, no. Neither ID nor written consent is required.. . However, I would recommend having some kind of ID, at least a birth certificate and preferably government-issued photo ID (a school photo ID is better than nothing). Also, a consent to travel signed by a parent is a good idea.. . Unless a parent is on both ends of the flight, a consent for medical treatment would be a good idea too (allowing the Aunt to consent to medical treatment).
