The Letter People?

If your wife is a Russian citizen she must put a punch about a marriage in her passport, but she doesn't have to change her surname. That's opptional (and officialy a husbund can either borrow a wifes surname).. I'm not sure about a marriage certificate, but I'd advice you both to visit a Russian consulate and to ask them to write out a marriage certificate for you and to put a punch in your wife passport. But your wife doesn't have to change her surname and can keep her old passport.

And I STILL think that Obama will not be the savior to turn the economy around anytime soon. Been posting that well BEFORE the election in 2008.. . Anyone who is posting, ?talking up the market? that the economy will turn around by 2010 is listening to the media, long only money managers and mutual fund managers who are bullish no matter what the economy is.. . Just like I have written for the last 2+ years this question:. . "What are the fundamental reasons that will turn? . [(a) the economy, (b) the markets, (c) financials, (d) real estate, (e) or anything else] around?. . NO ONE has yet to support any argument based on sound fundamentals that suggests any turnaround by any time. They all just have these magical dates in the future of when something will improve.. . We'll magical dates for an economic turnaround only occur in Fantasyland. And spending another trillion or more dollars is NOT the real world solution.
