• Randall C. Hanson is a partner with the firm and a member of the business department. He joined the firm in 1976. Mr. Hanson focuses his practice on the representation of business clients, handling?complex commercial transactions in the areas of energy law, technology law and contract law.In his representation of energy?companies, Mr. Hanson has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of development agreements, turbine and other equipment purchase contracts, engineering, procurement and construction agreements for power plants, long term service agreements for turbines and plant site leases and option agreements. Mr. Hanson has also assisted with transactions involving natural gas exploration and gas storage facilities. Mr. Hanson has appeared before the Nebraska Public Service Commission in connection with the transfer of natural gas facilities.In his corporate practice, Mr. Hanson has placed special emphasis on the negotiation and drafting of business contracts involving computer law and the acquisition and sale of closely held businesses. He represents clients in the negotiation and preparation of letters of intent, and agreements for various matters including confidentiality, the provision of services, consulting, the purchase or sale of either the assets or stock of a business, executive employment, software and technology licensing, and for the development of specialized hardware and software.Mr. Hanson received his Bachelor of Science from Midland College in 1969. After serving in the United States Army, he received his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1976.Mr. Hanson is a member of the Omaha and Nebraska State Bar Associations and he is a member of the Construction Law Section of Commercial Law Affiliates.

Is real estate a bad field to be going into anytime soon?

Only yesterday my kittens hugo and molly who were only 16weeks old had to be microchipped. They were RSPCA kittens and they phoned me and said it was routine and company policy to have to have them done. they came to my house and as they went to put hugos microchip in they injected it into his spinal cord and he died, he was fitting round the room and was so traumatic for me and the other kitten to see. i cant stop thinking about it and it is soo upsetting for me to think about. the vet confirmed from a scan and post mortum what had happened and i just what to know what i should do and if this is commen or if anyone has ever expericed this traumer!.
