• Mr. Adel was raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University in 1978 and, after working one year as a probation officer in Jacksonville, returned to Florida State University where he graduated from the law school in 1982. Mr. Adel has been married to Terry Cole since 1980.

  Mr. Adel has practiced in Ocala his entire career. He is licensed to practice in every State and Federal Court in Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Adel has extensive jury trial experience and now specializes in civil and criminal trial work. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Adel is the past chairman of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, and a current member of the Ocala Division Grievance Committee for the Federal District Court, Middle District of Florida.

By giving two weeks notice (and that sort of thing) you will leave in good standing and thus be eligible for rehire. You don't need to tell them what you're going to (especially since you don't know yet) just that you're leaving and when your last day is. Thanking people and generally being polite creates a good feeling.

I did a photo shoot and the parent signed my usual 'model release form for minor' so I can use the photos online and in advertising my portfolio etc. Now she says she is rescinding it.... Is that even legal? What is the point of signing a contract if you can just rescind / revoke it whenever you please?. There is no protection for photographers if this is the case! Because I offer a discounted price when I can use the photos! . Does anyone know the legalities of this???.

On another note... how long does it take you to complete something or how many to make $100 a week doing this? You have to figure in, is the business service you provide profitable for your time? if not, this may just be a hobby on referral to make an extra couple bucks...

I want to start a small business but I'm not exactly sure on all the details and I don't want to mess up. First, I'm a sole proprietorship and I realize the liabilities. However, I'd like to know the specifics of what you, legally, need to do to start a business. This includes the forms and all that good stuff. . Also, do you HAVE to do that? I'm younger than age 16 so I'm not quite sure if that allows for an exception. I can have my parents sign any legal forms.. Yes, this will just be a small business run at home. I won't be able to open a store so I'm working on a website. I'll try to hook up with my local post office to ship products (only in the US). So, what do I need to do to get started. I've created a business plan (or am working on one). I have a budget and such. I was just browsing around and I realized about all of these liabilities and taxes and money and I don't want to cause any trouble.. . Thanks for everything!.
