Bought one of those simple will packets a Officedepot - see where I have to type in the blanks - where in the hell can I get that done?.

can anyone briefly explain what is web application and give a few example? thank you..

Do you have a health care proxy and a financial power of attorney? Is the person lucid, of sane mind and is currently exercising his rights over his property and person? Are the powers of a "durable" nature? Does the power of attorney give you specific rights over their real estate? Will the person decide to revoke the power(s) of attorney if you act without consulting the person? Do the person's health care providers consult you about health care issues and ask you for informed consent over the person or do they consult only with the person who gave you the power? Do the laws in your jurisdiction require any type of accounting if you exercise financial powers and questions arise about how you handle the finances? You need to take the powers of attorney to an attorney so they can be reviewed as they have been written and executed. There may be other issues that have not been anticipated by your question.

I have heard so much about this and I have been listening to both sides since I am a nurse. I have to say this, as much as people have been stating this is a socialist movement and I just sign and shake my head. The people making these statements do not work in the field, something needs to be done. Easily 95% of patients in the hospital are there for preventable conditions. And insurance is paying less and less, if you have insurance at all. I really hope people embrace this and understand that this is not a problem that effects just the very poor, but a serious illness can cripple a family who has decent insurance all the copays and medications cost more and more each year. This is no longer a problem we can afford or continue to ignore, if you were in a car accident tomorrow how would you afford care? Are you sure everything would be covered. If so, you are one of the very very few.

No you don't need to present references every time you interview. On your resume you should have some statement to the effect: References available upon request. Only if the interview is successful and the company is interested in hiring you will they ask to see your references, and you can present them at that time. If you have copies of the letters you should keep them in a safe place for future applications.

Business lawyer and criminal lawyer which one is good? What is a pay scale of lawyer per year? any one know about it?.
