if they are not there to sign it themselves, etc) . ps = postscript (when you want to add something after you've finished and signed it) . pto (informal) = please turn over (to make sure that the other person knows the letter continues on the other side of the page) . RSVP = please reply . Outline: A Covering Letter. A covering letter is the one that accompanies your CV when you are applying for a job. Paragraph 2. Give the reasons why you are interested in working for the company and why you wish to be considered for that particular post. Inform them that you have enclosed your current CV and add any further information that you think could help your case.. . Closing Paragraph. Give your availability for interview, thank them for their consideration, restate your interest and close the letter.. . Outline: A Letter of Enquiry. A letter of enquiry is when you are approaching a company speculatively, that is you are making an approach without their having advertised or announced a vacancy.. . Opening Paragraph. Introduce yourself briefly and give your reason for writing. Let them know of the kind of position you are seeking, why you are interested and how you heard about them.. . Paragraph 2. Custody hearing -Reference letter..... Please HELP!!!?

thenightscribe summed it up nicely... also, there have been numerous reports that the written word can be harder to receive, as you can't hear the tone in which it is written - especially if someone is unable to be detailed or descriptive.. . i've seen several articles on this very thing, and they say that many people have taken offense, due to the way an email was written - though none was intended. the advice was to be very careful with your wording in an email. it is a little easier in a forum, as you can write in all caps to yell or emphasize a point, and make little faces... but as far as business emails go - hone those descriptive skills! :)

yes. But there are limits to everything it really depends they can't violate your rights. Maybe you should ask for a copy and have a professional look over it. But I'm sure their lawyer probably made it up for the company. Seek Professional help.. Good Luck

Most likely you will need to change your name first. You can do this with a simple name change form filed with the court. You will need to tell a judge why you are making the name change. The court doesn't really care, this is just so they can prevent people from changing their names for criminal/fraudulent reasons. You will also likely need to announce the name change in the paper. Once the court enters the decree of name change, you take the court document and get a new social security card and driver's license. After that, when you get married (assuming you are in a state which will legally recognize your marriage), your spouse will just need the marriage certificate to change her social security card and driver's license. Voila! You both have the name you want, legally. If you aren't in a state that recognizes your marriage, you both need to go through the same name change process with the court.. . It does take some time and some legal paperwork shenanigans, but it's not that bad and can be really worth it if it gives you both the name you want.
